CRM Functional Consultant (Business Analyst)

Job Description :

As a CRM Functional Consultant, you will take end to end ownership of the Salesforce implementation and be responsible for the scope of the project. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve the optimal solution. 

You will need to be hands-on in terms of client engagement and technology implementation. Another key aspect of the role will be training and supporting multiple users of Salesforce across the different end users you will be working with, by running workshops and assisting with the training materials.

Key duties and responsibilities include: 

  • Working closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve the optimal solution.
  • Receiving instructions from the Project Manager and reporting to her/him.
  • Discovery and design workshops to identify client requirements.
  • Design of system (salesforce or other product) solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Build of Salesforce solutions using configuration. 
  • Data migrations and integration using data transfer tools.
  • Create some automation using Salesforce standard automation tools 
  • Create field filter, dependency field, and validation rules to increasing the data quality
  • Create and configure the approval process, email alert, email template
  • Create report and dashboard 
  • Working with some technical persons to develop some customization purpose.
  • Ensure and maintain quality and functionality (QA).
  • Preparing and running the User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Sanity Test (production)
  • Preparing material and performing the training.

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as business analyst or CRM functional consultant
  • Confidence working with complex data and systems
  • Have problem-solving skills
  • Strong in verbal communication skills including writing for functional & technical documents.
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Solid experience in writing SQL queries
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce and Zendesk product is a key plus point. 
  • Understanding of Agile and SCRUM is a plus point.
  • Have a technical background is a plus point
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
  • Salesforce Certified – ADM201 or higher (is plus point). 
  • Certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud would be beneficial (is plus point)
