Primary Working Responsibilities include :

Setting up and support Google Workspace for various clients

Support and maintain SMS Gateway and Website

Install, configure, test and maintain/monitoring systems, application software and system management tools

Responsible for IT operational infrastructure and system support

Provide regular reporting to customer and management

Job Qualification:

– Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science / IT with min GPA 3.0

– 1-3 years of working experience in handling Google Cloud especially Google Workspace

– Possess some experiences in handling SMS gateway and Whatsapp.

– Familiar with website development with PHP and WordPress

– Understand computer networks, email system, system security and cloud servers

– Experience in IT support for handling daily troubleshoot matters

– Love technology especially SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and IT Savvy

– Fluent in English both written and speaking

–  Communicative and problem solver

–  Placement in Jakarta
