Job Description :

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for managing projects to make sure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget and scope. They will plan, establish, and manage the projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. They need to align with customer needs and requirements, construct detailed work plans, achieve milestones and communicate the result across a stakeholder audience. They organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time, on scope and within budget.

Key duties and responsibilities include: 

  • Analyzing briefs and project requests from clients.
  • Assessing risks, opportunities, deliverables, and threats for projects.
  • Developing goals, tasks, and plans of development for Salesforce projects.
  • Liaising with clients and management about timelines, costs, and project objectives.
  • Managing a team of developers and consultants in developing projects.
  • Developing metrics for each project to determine paths to success.
  • Communicating and acting as the first point of call for clients.
  • Conducting regular project meetings with the development team.
  • Ensuring that the team produces work that adheres to the best-design principles.
  • Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve project outcomes.
  • Responsible for project documentation management.


Skills and experience required:

  • Experience delivering implementation system development projects and managing a team. 
  • Organized and meticulous in work.
  • Strong communication, management and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Waterfall  or Scrum.
  • Excellent planning and strategic abilities.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • A dynamic and adaptable mindset.
  • Professional and deadline-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in IT project management.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, business management, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified – ADM201 is a plus.
  • PMP Certified is a plus.
  • Certifications in Salesforce Administrator,  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud would be beneficial.
